Voltaic Minerals Corp. Announces Name Change

July 5, 2019 – Voltaic Minerals Corp. (TSXV: VLT, FSE: 2P61) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated April 22, 2019, the Company has changed its name to “Alpha Lithium Corporation”.The name change will go into effect on Monday, July 8, 2019, and the Company’s common shares will trade under the new symbol “ALLI” on the TSX Venture Exchange.
The CUSIP number assigned to the Company’s common shares under its new name will be 02075W105. No action will be required by existing shareholders with respect to the name change. Certificates representing common shares of the Company will not be affected by the name change and will not need to be exchanged. The Company encourages any shareholder concerns in this regard to be directed to such person’s broker or agent.
