TORONTO, March 5, 2014 - Southern Legacy Minerals Inc. ("Southern Legacy" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:LCY) announced today that Antonio Pichardo, Southern Legacy's Chief Financial Officer, resigned effective March 4, 2014 to pursue other business interests.
