PNO Resources Ltd. announces non-brokered private placement

VANCOUVER, Jan. 22, 2015 /CNW/ - PNO Resources Ltd. (the "Company") (TSXV: PNO.H) announces a non-brokered private placement of up to 5,000,000 units at a price of $0.10 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $500,000.

Each unit will consist of one common share and one full common share purchase warrant. Each whole common share purchase warrant will be exercisable at $0.15 per common share for a period of 1 year from closing.

Proceeds will be used for general working capital and for continuing to research opportunities in the natural resources sector.
