Stakeholder Gold Corp: Closes Private Placement

Toronto, October 5, 2015 - Stakeholder Gold Corp. (TSXV: SRC) ("Stakeholder" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce the closing of a non-brokered private placement totaling $95,343. This private placement consists of $15,000 of flow-through financing (issuance of 300,000 units priced at $0.05 with a one year half warrant priced at $0.15) and $80,343 of hard dollar financing (issuance of 1,606,860 units priced at $0.05 with a one year half warrant priced at $0.15), for total gross proceeds of $95,343 dollars.
