Oracle Mining Corp. Files Third Quarter Financial Results

VANCOUVER, November 30, 2015 - Oracle Mining Corporation ("Oracle Mining" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: OMN) (FRANKFURT: OMC) announces its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. This news release should be read in conjunction with the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements and notes thereto for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2015 and 2014, and the related management's discussion & analysis ("MD&A"), both available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.


Third Quarter 2015 financial summary

• Net loss for the quarter was $1.5 million compared to a net loss of $1.3 million for the three months ended September 30, 2014, which included an increase of $0.4 million in in foreign exchange loss offset by a decrease in general and administrative costs of $0.2 million;
• Net working capital as at September 30, 2015 was a deficiency of $8.7 million compared with a deficiency of $4.8 million on December 31, 2014; and
• Cash and cash equivalents at September 30, 2015 totaled $0.4 million compared to $3.2 million on December 31, 2014.
