PERTH, Western Australia, March 15 /CNW/ - Adamus Resources Limited (ASX
and TSXV: ADU) advises that it has granted 150,000 unlisted performance
share rights (Performance Rights) to employees pursuant to the
Company's Employee Performance Share Rights Plan.  Subject to
achievement of the applicable performance (vesting) conditions, each
Performance Right may be exercised to acquire one ordinary share on or
before December 30, 2015.  No amount is payable on exercise of the
Performance Rights.
