Nevada Organic Phosphate Announces OTCQB Listing

Vancouver, December 29, 2025 - Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. (CSE: NOP) (OTCQB: NOPFF) ("NOP" or the "Company"), a B.C. based leader in organic sedimentary phosphate exploration, is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated December 8, 2025, the Company's common shares (the "Shares") have commenced trading on the OTCQB Venture Market (the "OTCQB") at the market open on December 29, 2025, under the symbol "NOPFF".

Robin Dow, Chief Executive Officer, stated: "Today's listing on the OTCQB® Venture Market represents another meaningful milestone in our strategy to increase visibility, improve liquidity, and expand our investor reach. The Shares will continue to trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE") under the symbol "NOP". It is situated close to the main highway to Montello/Elko, Nevada, and near the rail head to California.
