PERTH, Western Australia, Aug. 22, 2011 /CNW/ - Adamus Resources Limited
(ASX: ADU) and Endeavour Mining Corporation (TSX: EDV) have today
announced that they have entered into a definitive merger
implementation agreement to combine through an all-stock merger of
equals transaction creating a new growth focused West African gold
producer. The Merger Implementation Agreement that governs the proposed
transaction has been filed on SEDAR.
