VANCOUVER, 11/17/11 -- Riverstone Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: RVS) (OTCQX: RVREF) (PINK SHEETS: RVREF) (FRANKFURT: 3RV) has, subject to regulatory approval, granted incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants to purchase an aggregate of 2,205,000 common shares at a price of $0.64 per share for a five year period in accordance with the Company's Stock Option Plan.
