• Denison Mines Corp. schließt Kauf von JNR Resources Inc. ab

  Denison Mines gab heute bekannt, dass die zuvor angekündigte Übernahme der Stammaktien von JNR Resources erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde. Im Rahmen der Vereinbarung erhalten die ehemaligen Aktionäre von JNR 0,073 einer Denison-Stammaktie pro Aktie von JNR. Die Notierung der Stammaktien von JNR an der TSX Venture Exchange wird voraussichtlich in den nächsten Tagen aufgehoben.

  JNR Resources gab heute bekannt, dass eine Übernahmevereinbarung mit Denison Mines Corporation unterzeichnet wurde, wonach Denison ein Angebot für den Kauf aller ausgegebenen und ausstehenden Stammaktien von JNR abgeben wird.
