VANCOUVER, July 10, 2024 - Orla Mining Ltd. (TSX: OLA) (NYSE: ORLA) ("Orla" or the "Company") is pleased to provide an interim operational update for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024.

At June 30, 2024, Orla had cash of $154.3 million and total debt of $78.4 million, resulting in a net cash position of $75.9 million1. The Company has an undrawn amount of $71.6 million available on its revolving credit facility, which supports total liquidity of $225.9 million at quarter end1. About Orla Mining Ltd.

Liquidity

Liquidity is calculated as the sum of cash and cash equivalents, short-term Investments, and undrawn amounts available under the Company's revolving credit facility. Liquidity does not have any standardized meaning prescribed by GAAP and therefore may not be comparable to similar measures presented by other companies. The Company believes that liquidity is useful to evaluate the Company's ability to meet its short -term obligations as they come due.
