Hanstone Gold announces that it has been named as defendant in three lawsuits that have been filed in the Supreme Court of British Columbia. The allegations are contained in three notices of claim filed at the Vancouver courthouse on June 25, 2025. The lawsuits were filed by North Shore Aggregates Ltd., Holmes Hosting Services Inc. and Deborah Holmes. All three plaintiffs share the same address, a home in the Abbotsford area. The lawsuits claim that the Company owes a total of $235,114. North Shore Aggregates Ltd. claims $169,764 is owed by the Company, Holmes Hosting Services Inc. claims $17,850, and Deborah Holmes claims $47,500.
