VANCOUVER, July 20, 2016 - HTI Ventures Corporation (TSXV –HTI.H) (the "Company") announces a non-brokered private placement of up to 86,000,000 shares at a price of $0.35 per share for gross proceeds of up to $30,100,000 (the "Offering"), subject to TSXV approval. A finder's fee may be paid on a small portion of the Private Placement purchased by non-insiders. The Company intends to use the proceeds for general working capital for the Company.
