Victory Metals Announces Private Placement Financing

VANCOUVER, Sept. 16, 2020 - Victory Metals Inc. (TSX-V: VMX) ("Victory" or the "Company") announces it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement offering for proceeds up to $2,000,000 through the issuance of up to 5,000,000 common shares in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") at a price of $0.40 per Share (the "Private Placement").
Victory intends to use the proceeds of the Private Placement to advance its Iron Point Vanadium Project and for general working capital purposes.
All securities to be issued in connection with the Private Placement will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws. Completion of the Private Placement will be subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Victory owns a 100% interest in the Iron Point Vanadium Project, located 22 miles east of Winnemucca, Nevada. The project is located within a few miles of Interstate 80, has high voltage electric power lines running through the project area and a railroad line passing across the northern property boundary.
