Vancouver, August 7, 2015 - True Zone Resources Inc. ("TrueZone" or the "Company") Company announces a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 8,333,333 units. The Units will be offered at $0.03 per unit for proceeds of up to $250,000, each unit consists of one common share of the Company and one share purchase warrant that entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.5 per share for a one year period following closing of the offering.The Company also announces the appointment of Mr. Gurminder Sangha to the Board of Directors. Mr. Sangha is an independent business advisor to the resources industry and brings over 12 years of management and financing expertise in both public and private companies. He has served as a board member on various TSXV companies and assisted with corporate finance duties, business development activities and governance. His previous positions include various lending and securities related positions with Scotiabank. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree
